Does not know Process

I have been trying to get hold of the so called WOOLWORTH'S CREDIT CARD dept with MBD. so that i can get my settlement letter of my mother. The agents are *********** they do not know where to a call should go or who you should be talking to. as i am typing this i am holding the line while Shane get the correct NR. its been two minutes. and it feels like forever. and my airtime is being depleted. now i am being transferred to customer care. that who knows if they will be able to help me?<br> <br> i am phoning and phoning with no results. Eather the agents do not want to answer or the line is to busy. <br> <br>
