Do your job!!!!!

I have since been harassed consistently and threatened with blacklisting for something that is incorrectly captured. It is not my job to update your records. It seems like the only thing the call center can do is make threats but when it comes to resolving issues that are not the fault of the individual everyone puts there hands up and forgets how the system works. It is frustrating that no one knows how to resolve a fault on your own system and are quite happy to make it my problem until they call again. I have spoken to the company you claim to be representing and they don't have a problem with my account yet I still get ill tempered people calling me and making me out to be the **** of the earth. I have repeatedly ask for confirmation that my issue has been resolved and i get nothing, then today i get an SMS threatening legal action and to top it all off you expect me to call you and sort this out. I have spent the last 20 mins on hold to your call center with no joy this is ridiculous. I am no longer going to expend energy trying to prove my innocence if your own client has given my correspondence to prove it.
