I am having a very big problem with MBD. Standard bank handed my credit over to them and January 2020 I settled the account and paid up letter was issued to me but I have been receiving calls, and from MBD to pay the standard bank credit card. I told them that I settled the account and paid up letter was sent to me. They requested it and I sent it to Percy's email address as per their instruction and they requested my ID number to open it, to show that they did received it and I sent it. Till to date I am still harrased and haunted by their calls and threatening smses. Percy is their supervisor I heard.

Kindly solve this matter.
