Do not know how to deal with customers

I have been trying to engage with this company for weeks. The unprofessionalism of their staff and no knowledge of how to actually assist their clients is insane! One - they call you to pay an account thats already settled and paid... no one on the phone department or whatsapp line can help you - all i get is transferred or your request has been escalated to the right department... iv emailed... sent paid up letters... again no response... but quick to call and ask for money but then they cant help get it off their system especially if it no longer is sitting with them... very very very disappointed... also the people who call you are beyond rude its scary... i would check call logs of how they talk to people - including their tones and attitude... wish there was someone educated enough to engage with....
