Dissatisfying customer service

We have been harassed by these incredibly rude and unprofessional people. While we have tried to comply with their terms, it is unacceptable for people working in customer service to hang up on a client. Furthermore, I fail to understand what kind of company can operate successfully with loud music playing in the background. Loud enough that we have to repeat ourselves for the agent to hear us!! We have also asked for statements and they fail to respond. I am simply appalled that this company is still in business, and that big corporations like Standard Bank still make use of them. They proudly display their management teams details on their letters so I urge them to action these complaints, as by the looks of it on HelloPeter, there are countless! The only response this company can give is an automated response, with no further action. I have even struggled to rate this service as one star :-(
