Dissappointed and angry

I sent my provided fund documents to MBD which is my previous employer that was around July 2017 the HR claimed they sent the documents to their payroll until today, I have called them several times what they do now as soon as I tell them the reason for my call they disconnect the call. As for Alexandra forbes I called them as well explained the situation called many times the tell me same thing which I have done already the don't solve the problem them selves the should see that my claim is not been taken seriously by MBD and take responsibility.
