Dissappointed

What is the point of having a 48hr turnaround if you cannot fulfill it.. i sent an email on the 23th and till date have not received any feedback.. i spoke with your Team leader Londiwe, even that is a fail. She makes promises she cannot keep. Ur service is extremely poor. If i do not get feedback today, i will take this to the ombudsman for incompetency, faillure to deliver and poor service.. my email. ***
