DISSAPOINTED!!

I am so disappointed, I have made a payment a month ago which was outstanding and I have been sending that proof of payment everyday and I call them every day, they say my payment is not on the system till today, whenever I call i think they give me a wrong email address because its always changing, and I want a paid up letter to ensure that my account is paid up.

I just wish these shops can stop working with them
