Disrespect
Today I was called by this consultant who is very disrespectful and lack professionalism. He can't even listen to us clients but he is only interested in passing his message.
Everytime I'm called by you I know that I'll get disrespect it's like your consultant are trained to disrespect clients or they take advantage coz they know we owing.
