Disgustingly poor service

Dear MBD LC and Mr Price

As explained to Mr Price consultants and various MBD consultants regardless.

I became unemployed last year after my employer tragically passed away.

Needless to say I have been battling to find new permanent employment and am currently living off the kindness and help of friends and family.

I have had a few temp positions, not close to the same remuneration I am used to receiving a d this money goes directly towards boarding, food, electricity etc.

I am well aware that I owe Mr Price for an account that became arrears, and I never denied the fact.

I have on several occasions spoken to a "consultant" of this said MBD LC trying to get a settlement amount.

The 2nd last time being during June when I was Rudely told that there is no settlement amount and I have to pay the full outstanding amount.

Having worked for attorneys for 12 years, I do kind of know the law and I know how collections work and I know that a settlement amount should be made available.

Yesterday I again had to phone MBD LC in order to try and make payment arrangements. A Sipho / Simphiwe advised me that should I fail to make payment by this coming Saturday, further legal action will be taken.

This consultat promised to send me an email together with sms that I am to take to Standard Bank in order to make payment into their account.

I am still waiting for the said sms or email.

How do you expect me to make a payment with no payment details yet you have the audacity to threaten me with further legal action!!

Should further legal action be taken against me, I will take the matter further as this will be ******** and I sincerely hope you can go back to all your recorded phone calls.
