Disgusting way of doing business

I am so astounded by the agent that came to my home for payment arrangement for my standard bank account. Since when do you send agents to your home with personal details to set up payment arrangements..is this a new way of creating jobs. Disgusting. These information are to be kept in head office or in personal business space. What if this agent got ****** with their vehicles and all customer information are in their hands and/or in their vehicles. What Disgusting way of doing things. Unacceptable!! I'm nobody's fool. I will be taking this to the ombudsman and the NCR.
