Disgusting unprofessional Agents

Rude, unprofessional, disgusting behaviour from these MBD agents. They start calling at 7am, working from home, kids crying people shouting, and this is 6 days a week. These agents have clearly NOT been trained in Customer Service! The feedback you share falls on deaf ears. What a joke! And how do they get the contracts for the big corporates?????
