Disgusting telephone etiquette

These people are absolutely rude, I have been contacted by 4 different people from here within less than 7 days for a TV LICENSE that I have never app**** for. When you tell them that you do not have an account with these people. They pur the phone down in your ear.

At least get competent people to work in your call centre that actually have the etiquette to work with people. Or shut your offices down. Stop calling people who have nothing to do with the nonsense you are calling about. Get a real job.
