Disgusting service

MBD is the worst. I've been calling since last week Thursday 24.03.2022 for a paid up letter and I've been taken from pillar to post. I've been given 3 different numbers to call and no one can help. the lady i spoke to told me that it will take three months for me to get a paid up letter and that just makes no sense to me at all. i asked her why will it take so long and she said it's because i paid my debt via debit order. the same debit order they advised to set up as it was apparently the only way to pay. I'm so annoyed as i do not owe then a cent. I will be consulting with lawyer to get this resolved as i can see that there are others who are experiencing the exact same problem as me.
