Disgusting service

I had a credit card with Standard bank which I defaulted on. Account was referred to lawyers MBD INC. Dealing with MBD is an absolute nightmare none of their staff members are willing to assist. I want to settle the account but they keep deducting on wrong dates. How is it possible that they deduct one person 3 time in one month. On top of that, they add ridiculous charges for God knows what. How can one be charged due to their employees' incompetence. If you are thinking of taking credit with standard bank, infact any product with them. I would advise you not to unless you want to be treated like dirt.
