DISGUSTING SERVICE

*** We have been waiting for the settlement letter, but no one is responding to our emails, we sent several emails to *** as well as to *** to date we haven't received a response or even an acknowledgement of the emails. When calling the call Centre staff all they say is that the matter has been escalated. I asked for their manager and complaints department, but the consultant said they have no manager as for the complaints department they said they don't have the details since their working from home what a pathetic service. I'm seriously disgusted.
