Disgusting debt collectors
My daughter has been paying off an account without so much a statement from this company. Once she paid the amount she was told and she contacted MBD to clear her name from Trans union, she was told that she still has more to pay. She has waited a month for some sort of correspondence regarding this, she has called numerous times only to be hung up on when she she queries clearing her name.
Absolutely disgusting.
