Disgusting debt collection skills

I received a call from a consultant by the name of Siyabonga who was very unprofessional & condescending. Felt very disrespected i know the call was meant for payment arrangements for 1 of my outstanding account yet, it was not his place to address me in that fashion. A day went by received yet another call from a lady by the name of Palesa....these consultants need proper collection training & i wont let this slide I'm going to report them 2 ADRA. Very disgusted.
