Disgusting customer Service from MBD

This company has been harassing me and calling for debt that is prescribed. I spoke to the most rudest and unprofessional lady this morning , who insisted that she will continue calling me as and when she feels like. She refused to listen to my case and the fact that disputes have been lodged, shecsaid I must go and find proof that this us not precribed, which I do have but why should I do her job for her????? They need to prove that this is not precribed the onus is on them. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism before and strongly suggest that MBD train their staff on handling consumer queries. I was fortunate enough to speak to her supervisor William, who was professional and listened to my case. I request that MBD listen to the recordings of the lady who I spoke to and hear how unprofessional and disgusting her attitude was . She violated my right as a consumer totally.
