Disgusting Company that needs to be taken to task!

I have finally managed to free my outstanding account and i was assured a paid up letter and my name cleared from ITC - MBD refuses to take my calls after hanging on for ages - they delete my emails without even reading it. These so called attorneys are worse than *********. their failure to keep to their promises led to me losing out on buying my own home! How can Standard bank have such an *********** company handling their accounts? Pathetic unprofessional call center staff who bully you with threats and when you finally settle then they refuse to follow through!
