Disgusting Company -MBD Attorneys

I am terribly disgusted by these attorneys which is a really frustrating company and i personnally feel that the ombudsman should step in. I had my vodacom account handed to them for collection because i apparently did not cancel my account.I told them that i will settle it at the end of the month.I got paid on sunday night late and i made a payment on monday night for the settlement amount.Now they tell me i am one day late so the amount differs and i have to pay in more.Which company operates in this unselfish manner...Can someone advice me where can i take it to a higher level.This is robbing our poor citozens who dont even have food to eat.Am i to blame for my company paying me late
