Disgusted with MBD

I am disgusted with the way i have been treated by this company. I am assisting someone to get a handle on their debt and i make phone calls to this horrible company and get treated like a second rate citizen. I see there are even articles about dealing with MBD, perhaps it is time that this company get brought to book and are forced to answer for their ways. With what we are all going through now this is absolutely un acceptable. Don't tell me that someone in debt can't communicate via email, as your customer wants recordings, that is outrageous when someone's phone has been cut from not been able to pay. People deserve better treatment, don't you think they are already going through enough.................................
