Disgusted with MBD

I am a very disgusted and distraught customer.

And im writing this review to urge all people during this pandemic too please br careful with setting up any payment arrangements with MBD who is a debt collector used by many credit stores.

They ate *****s, i agreed for them to collect a payment pf 1500 in April 2020. I pleeded with the lady i spoke to that this is all I can afford because with the lock down being a single mom who will not be getting a full salary cannot afford anything more.

Then after the agreement they take the 1500 as agreed and then decided to take another 1500 5 days later, Intried calling them but with the lockdown the auntomated message left an email address I quickly sent them an email and up to jow did not have a response.

I pannicked crying I then contacted my bank who also tild me they cant help me because with this whole lock down they are not dping reversals thats FNB also disgusting which means everyone can party with our money in our bank accounts.

I finally get hold of Bayport who told me that theu can see 2 payments was taken in error sontheu will process my refund. Im still waiting my refund.

Then this morning MBD calls me bt not to sort out my query bt to make an arrangement to take more money. I was dusgusted i explained to the ***** who helped me that ur call centre is closed you telling me your system made the error and after explaining my financial situation the ***** asks me why cant I just leave my money there.

Ontop of this after taking my money twice they have the nerve to sms me telling me i missed a payment wot the hell is going on. I feel like all the financial institutes are taking advantage of this. Moment nd steeling from people knowing that the banks dnt gve a f...... Right now!!!!

I'm appauled and im putting my legalwise lawyers on them.

Please guys if any company hands you over to them do not pay them nd report them immediately.
