Disgusted in MBD service - nothing new

For the last 2 years i have been on my ABSA account through MBD Attorneys and for the last 2 years i have been asking for a breackdown statement of the account. Eveyrtime i call in to the offices i get no response - the consultants are extremely unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. the one lady Alice mailed me a letter of agreement on the amount i should be paying and that was the last. this was on an amount of R8000 - since then i have had no response from her or anyone for that matter working at MBD attorneys. This must be one of the worst Attorneys in SA. Unprofessional staff, no feedback even from the Members at MBD (bosses). How pathetic. so in the last 2 years my account went from R8000 to R26 000 - how in the world they get that right is beyond me. everymonth money gets deducted from my bank account and because i have hgad no feedback on my query i stopped last months deduction - all of sudden i get this threatning letter to say im in breach of contract - well you know what so called MBD attorneys - take a hike - sent me my breakdown my acc and i will start paying again. all of my comms where i have not been getting any response i have now handed over to my lawyers. this is rediculous. makes you wonder who is actually getting our monies we pay..
