I had 2 accounts that been handed over to MBD, so I get a call from one of the guys telling me that if i settle one of my accounts il get a discount of a certain amount, they called me twice but when i went to the store to settle the account, when i went to the store to pay they no nothing about that, been getting calls from them im requesting a letter or statement that says that how much is it that i need to settle, from the other account that i have settled they still sending me sms's to settle and get calls, i ask the people to send me statements and for them to update their systems kodwa dololo
