Disgrace company

I paid my account up to date. I dont owe nothing to the tfg group.now when i want my name cleared but no one actually calls me back to have my name cleared from their data base Everytime i call then i get told my name will be cleared but absolutely nothing gets done since October 2019. The service is very poor. Utterly pathetic!!!!
