I am writing regarding an email I received today containing incorrect information about my status. Please be advised that I have not contacted you regarding this matter, and the claim that I am incarcerated is false.
I would like this matter to be officially investigated. Please provide the following information within the next 48 hours:
- The date and time this information was received. - The cellphone number used and the identity of the person who provided this information. - A voice recording of the call in question.
My privacy has been compromised, and I take this matter very seriously. I look forward to your prompt feedback.
