Utter shocking behaviour for an organization. Most appaling customer service treatment which I have ever faced. Being threatened, spoken to like a ******** or *****, shouted and discriminated against. Looking at all the negative reviews of MBD it is clear that they do not wish to change their behaviour and that they will continue to have these disgruntle call centre individuals working for them and allowing them to speak to struggling unemployed S.A citizens with such disrespect and disregard.

This is clearly a standard mail you send out to everyone on this platform, which leaves a lot to be desired. I've looked at numerous reviews and your organization's response is the same. Utterly shocking!! This gives an indication of the culture of your organization and its staff, hence the blatant rudeness and disregard for individuals' circumstances.
