Disappointed

I am very disappointed with Mbd I have been trying to get though their lines for the past two months when I went through the lady that answered advise that the company that handed me over was Get bucks and the files shows closed she will investigate why and get back to me .till today she has not I then contacted get bucks and they sent me a statement that confirms I am up to date with them and Mbd my assist. Till now no response from them .I have called 20 time today and the answer machine says my call in 1st in line but later asked me to leave a massage still no call back from.Mbd
