Disappointed

In December 2025 I finished paying and requested proof that I finish paying, I haven't received it .I even fought over the phone with them and one lady told said she cannot talk to crazy people and hang up the phone.Her name is Ayanda. I called again and requested their supervisor and I was told he is busy cannot talk to me. I am very disappointed work very hard for this money. I want my name to be cleared and move on.Unless they are benefiting if they have my file ,that I do not pay.Something must be done with such companies.This not fair at all.
