Disappointed

I am so disappointed in this attorneys. I have paid the account in full on the 11 March 2020. Up to date I have not received a paid up letter and ask numerous times. I have had a incident with the same attorneys. My previous account was also paid up in 2018 and they still collect my money till February 2020 when I ask them about the account. There was no letter or phone call to say that my account was paid up. They was just collecting.
