Disappointed
I have paid up my debt to mbd July 2025 and I have requested the paid up letter since then with no luck,first when I get hold of the agent they hang up the phone when they hear what I am looking for.And then I had a hope when I got hold of one and promised to send me that letter but till now nothing happened and I need it so desperately as I cant get a loan because my name is under itc.Please assist me.
