Direct AXIS REFUND
I Am dealing with MBD attorneys for more than 2 weeks now to get back my money which I have paid to an account that has been paid up in May 2019, unitl last month now I am struggling to get my money. Nobody bother to contact me I am the one always phoning and asking for feedback. What is very strange when they were collecting on before of Direct Axis they were harassing me sms phone calls no stop. I was told my query will not be resolved within 48hr but I only received a refund form on Wednesday after all the calling and complaining now everyone is quiet again. Funny enough they can see my money on their side.The 2 companies cannot speak to each other the customer is shifted from pillar to post. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kindly assist client with a refund , the account was settled in May 2019 but MBD kept on debiting the customer .
The payment were not paid over to us last payment received on our side was in Feb 2019 , see below
