DETAILED STATEMENT OF MTN HOW MUCH DATA WAS LOADED ON MY CONTRACT AND WHAT IS DUE TO ME.

I had an account with MTN that was handed over to MDB , I have paid R2800.00 over a period of 7 months. And When I enquire why I am not receiving my MTN DATA every month since my contract with MTN had a package of 1GB of data per month for 24 month. The total amount I have paid under this contract is R6100.41 of that R2800.00 went to MBD. When I ask for detailed statement how much of the amount paid went to MTN and how much DATA is owed to me I did not get answer I then stop paying. I cannot use the modem and no DATA. But they cannot stop harassing me. The Ref is ********** ********** 24 respond via my e-mail address of send sms. No phone call as your people are rude.
