Detailed Statement

MBD Attorneys I am not sure if they are really people of law or not, I had an account with RCS which was handed over to them because I lost my job and could not pay. Since I started working again I have been paying for years but the debt does not decrease and when I request for the detailed statement I am only given the outstanding amount which has been the same for more than 5 years now.

I believe it is everyone's right to get statements of all the accounts they have, why don't they send out statements to their clients??

Can creditors stop using MBD because even when you call their call centre you will not get the help you need. I think is time I consult with my own attorneys they have gone too far!!!
