Detailed statement

I have asked MBD Attorneys several times to sent me a detailed statement but yet I have been sent a summary. In this statement there is a huge amount called fees. When I ask what is it for, they say it is for calls(R5), sms's(R5) and emails(R14). i have not been emailed, sms'd nor even called more than 10 times. Attorneys are taking consumers for a ride and they are not transparent. I demand a breakdown on this both accounts not a summary.
