DEMAND OF PAID UP LETTER!!!!!

I don’t know if this company is a **** or they just don’t do their work. I have fully paid my Truworths account for almost 3 months now, I have been trying to contact them but they always transfer my call to another department that does not even pick up calls. I need my name cleared and a paid up letter. I’ve spent so much money on airtime trying to get hold of someone to send my paid up letter and every time I call them, they want to transfer my call to another department.

I am tired now, I want my paid up letter and my name cleared as I do not owe you anything!
