Deliberate Avoidance of Service to Up Charges!!!

I have been referred by RCS Loans who deliberated handed me over after collecting the insurance on my account after not having debited me. After i reported on hello peter they called but didnt help me and i have been fobbed off to MBD who despite my calling so many times, the phone rings, they don't answer so i cannot sort out this matter. meanwhile i was forced into taking a loan without being told of how much the interest was. Unfortunately my mom died and I became very ill and was unable to do much, however in this recovery period i found out that my name was put on the itc by RCS and i am trying to sort it out without any help. With the last effort i am putting this on hello peter to see if they will help me to sort it out without much drama, lies or harassment.
