Delayed Settlement letter
Delayed Settlement Letter!!!! I have been requesting for a settlement letter, I'm being sent from pillar to post. Your agent Pamela keeps referring to the head office and when I call the head office they transfer my call back to Pamela, who seems to not know her job. This is really frustrating. I need the settlement letter ASAP. Now I when I call they drop the phone. What kind of company is this!
