Delay tectic on getting paid up letter after payment was done

MBD Attorneys are not good people to speak to. I requested a settlement letter on the 02/07/2021 and was quoted R13 653.96 which was valid for 7 working days. The amount was paid on the 08/07/2021.

I then requested a paid up letter on the 13/07/2021 and was advised that I still have an outstanding balance amount of R1260.00 for their fees, which needs to be paid in order to get the paid up letter.

My problem is I paid as per the settlement letter I have provided proof of payment. It's not my problem that they did not include the outstanding amount and I do not have any funds available.

I'm under debt consolidation at work and this delay will have conciquences as far as my work is concerned.

I have sent follow up emails (to Frieda Tongwane who's is handling the matter) and have also made quite a number of calls to get the matter resolved but my emails are not responded to and if I get to speak to someone, the drop the call while I speak to them.

Please can you as this is bad business practice and very bad work ethic
