DEFAMATION AND CONSTANT HARASSMENT OF THE WRONG INDIVIDUAL

<p>From 13 April 2016 to 27 May 2016 I have received a total of nine (9) sms messages dictating I am indebted to Virgin Active. After NUMEROUS phone calls to state that I am not the individual in question, when citing the ref number given, this is still ongoing. I AM HARASSED AND THREATENED WITH LEGAL ACTION ON DEBT THAT IS NOT MINE! Your call centres lie blatantly when phoned to have this matter resolved and even goes as far as to laugh at the issue. </p>
