Declaration of my credit account and closing

I'm highly disappointed with the way these Edgar's representatives works.Last year November i settled my Edgar's account the debited the money end on November and promised me to send me a paid up letter I have no idea what to call that pdf thing I can't even download on the pc or in my device and funny thing my credit score is still low and I called them several times promised me lies that it will reflect after 14 days its been 4months on my experian credit score it shows that Edgar's is in arrears and funny all my other debts do update my status every month but Edgar's im stuck and I'm out of fights now with MBD need the matter to be resolved cause I can't even start afresh with anything cause my plan was to clear all my account's and start .....My number *** im available on my email as well *** I want this matter to b resolved ASAP
