Debt settled but debt collector refuse to remove my debt from ITC
I have settled my debt of about R22000 in August 2023, i received a paid up letter on 12 August 2023, yet now its October 2023 and they are keep lying to me that they are updating ITC , They are saying that they are escalating the matter yet nothing is being done, i called them and they are giving me an attitude, please be aware of these debt collectors who are wanting money from us and refusing to update our bursa records

11 Oct 2023, 09:35Goodday i was emailed that my bureau will be updated within 7 hours this was on 9 October 2023 i checked my bureau and nothing was updated, it is still reflecting and the service i am receiving is very bad. A person by the name of Zukiswa Mhlobo from MBD emailed me but it seems like it was just an email with nothing being actually done, i am very upset with MBD.
