Debt outstanding

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a Standard Bank Credit Card which I was contacted for by MBD attorneys in respect of payment. I made an arrangement with them to settle the amount in full which I have done during early April. As part of my request was to receive my settlement letter in respect of the debt owed. I received my settlement letter the 28th April 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was stunned to learn today that according to Standard Bank, I still owe the full amount according to their records, thus affecting my credit standing negatively. I dealt with MBD attorneys in good faith and seems to have received the latter end of the stick.</p>
