Debt order arrangements not reduced in writting

I called MBD and made an arrangement yo pay my wesbank (FNB) account. <br> <br> I then requested that our agreement be reduced in writting do that I have proof that I am trying to pay this account.<br> <br> the lady I requested this from advised that she cannot provide.me with a settlement agreement as I need to pay for 3 months consecutively in order yo get a settlement agreement. as that is MBD policy will not allow this. <br> <br> I really need thus settlement agreement in writing . <br> <br> this is unacceptable.<br> <br> simphiwe<br> <br> ***
