Debt Harassment and dropped calls

our body corporate was handed over for a disputed bad debt to the tune of R65000. I've dealing with a gentleman by the name of Christopher. I've copied him on all emails to COJ where I explained the issue, and logged the query. upon receiving the reference no, I sent it to Christopher. He phones me last week and asks for an update. I said the city is still reviewing the issues. He also says I never emailed him. He doesn't answer my email ever... Almost on a daily basis I get an call from MDB, and when I answer the call is dropped... perhaps this is funny to someone, but perhaps I should block you on truecaller...
