Debiting wrong amount

I am highly ****ed at this campany, bunch of ****s, last month I called, one of the consultants told me my account has an outstanding of R1700 I said it's fine than in April just debit me R1000 than you can debit the rest following month, guess what **** they pulled now, they debited me 1000 this morning, I mean what the hell people. We have families, we supporting I have been paying for this account since January and you keep giving me different outstanding balances everymonth. Can someone please do something about this campany,something is not right with them.
