Debit order that needs to be cancelled as informed by DMC
MBD keep on collecting money from my bank account. DMC agent informed me that MBD must stop making deductions from my Bank account and can phone them for clarity as it seems that MBD's records has not been updated in this regard. They were suppose to stop collecting September 2025. I am trying to contact MBD but cannot get through to there offices. Tried numerous times but line cut out even sometimes without ringing. Emails are also bouncing back. In the meantime I keep on disputing the debit order and does it cost me.

05 May 2026, 12:57A few days ago an agent from MBD contact me to ask why do I not make payments. This matter according to me has been resolved as no one according to my records directly contact me since last year. Since last year DMC did deal with this matter as communicated and was I instructed by them that payments shpuld be made to them and not MDB as account was now in their possession. Believe this is a fight between MBD and DMC and do I really need an apology from MBD for not contacting me or even reply on this post any further on Hello Peter since last year.
