Dealing with MBD is a total NIGHTMARE!!!

I have a kong standing payment arrangement with MBD obo of Vodacom.

Despite diligently honoring this arrangement, numerous letters are emailed (3 in 2 weeks) & reminder calls.

I can't get a hold of them (8 calls today) & no reply?

I find this to be very unprofessional & due to the lack of proper communication I may end up in deeper trouble.

I don’t understand why big companies like Vodacom are making use of these Attorneys!?

Poor, poor service, unproductive communication & unnecessary expenses/ costs are being incurred with no indication of who will bear the cost/s?
