<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>My account was handed over to MBD, i called in this morning and asked for settlement, consultant told me 20% discount from R12500 to R10 137.30. All i asked for was, send it in writting so i can make payment immediately, that never happened. I called an hour later and spoke to Tasheeka, amount changed to R10200, so i said please give me a settlement quote so i can make payment and close account, still nothing. I then call in 2 hours later and said please give me a settlement quote, i want to pay, The guy tells me R11400. Nothing is consistant, is this a *******!!!! thats the reason why i did not pay till its in writing. I want to go to court, all calls are recorded!!!!!!!!</p>
